Privacy
Draft for review. This policy describes the intended live setup and has not yet had final client and legal approval. While the site is in concept review the forms do not transmit, so no inquiry data is being collected at all.
What this site collects right now
Nothing. While the site is in concept review the estimate and mural forms validate your entries in the browser and stop there — no information is sent, stored, or received by anyone. Photo upload is disabled. The sections below describe how the site will behave once it goes live.
Information you send
When you submit a form, Chromatic Painting & Design, LLC receives what you type into it: your name, city, the contact details you choose to give, and the project information you provide. You are asked for a phone number or an email address — not both — so you can decide how you are contacted.
Photographs you upload
The forms will accept one optional project photograph (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 5 MB) so the work can be assessed before a visit. You can share additional views after Chromatic replies. Photographs are not published anywhere without separate, explicit permission and may carry location data, so send only what you are comfortable sharing.
How your information is used
To review the work you are asking about, contact you, prepare an estimate or discuss a commission, and keep ordinary business records. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
Hosting and form processing
The site is hosted on Netlify, which serves the pages and keeps standard technical request logs. Form submissions will be processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to Chromatic. Netlify handles that data under its own terms as a processor.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner, because there is nothing being tracked. If an analytics tool is added later, this page will be updated before it goes live and the choice will favour a privacy-preserving, cookie-free option.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are retained only as long as needed for customer service, estimating, tax, and legal record-keeping. Project photographs you send are kept with the related inquiry and deleted on request unless they belong to an active or completed agreement.
Project photography and permissions
Photographs of completed work are published only where Chromatic holds the right to do so. If your project appears on this site and you would like it removed, say so and it will be taken down.
Your choices
Email chromaticpaint.llc@gmail.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
