What this website is

General information about Chromatic Painting & Design, LLC and its painting and mural services. It is not a proposal, a quote, or a contract, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

Estimates and commissions

Sending a form does not create a contractor-client relationship, reserve a date, or fix a price. Scope, price, schedule, preparation, coatings, exclusions, payment, and change handling are established only in a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If this website and that agreement ever disagree, the written agreement governs.

Licensing and bond

Chromatic holds Arizona ROC 366067 (CR-34 Painting and Wall Covering) and carries the licence bond the state requires for it. The licence can be checked directly with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (opens in a new tab). Insurance coverage is not described anywhere on this site and should not be inferred from the bond, which is a separate instrument that protects consumers under Arizona contractor law.

Workmanship warranty

Any workmanship warranty referred to on this site applies only as written into the signed project agreement, and only to the work described there. It does not cover ordinary wear, movement or settling of the structure, moisture intrusion, surfaces excluded from the scope, or later work by others.

Photographs and portfolio

Photography on this site shows Chromatic’s own completed work and is presented for review. It may not be copied or reused without permission from the rights holder. Project details, testimonials, and publication permissions remain subject to confirmation.

The colour tool

The colour studio is a visualisation aid. Screen colour is affected by your display, ambient light, surface texture, and sheen, and is not a colour match. Confirm every final colour against a physical sample in the actual space before work begins.

Accuracy and availability

The site is kept as accurate as reasonably possible, but availability is not guaranteed and details can go out of date. Confirm service area, licensing, scheduling, and pricing directly with the company.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
